Wedding Planning: Biggest Wedding Regrets

"I would have hired a day-of coordinator. It got irritating when people would ask questions like, 'Where should I put the extra programs?' after the ceremony."
"Tip: The one thing most brides don't get on their wedding day is a break. If you want to enjoy individual moments more and deal with questions and disasters less, hiring day-of help should be a high priority on your to-do list. The quality time you'll gain is well worth the fee." The Knot.com
How true a statement. No bride should work on her wedding day and even when you give the planning duties to a trusted family member or friend, the bride still winds up as the go to person for all the questions. Save yourself the headache and hire a day-of-coordinator. Many Day-of-Coordination plans ( including ours) offer just the right amount of services to meet the needs of today's bride-to-be. Many future brides are enjoying the whole planning process; the tastings, vendor meetings, color reviews, and decorating sessions. And that's not surprising since so many of us who are wedding planners enjoy some of the same things. But no bride should be coordinating and ensuring that all the players, vendors and design elements are in place and where they need to be on the day of the big event. She should be relaxing and enjoying the pampering, the showers and just being the center of attention. With Alpha Prosperity Events as the day-of coordinator, the bride can do all of the planning she wants and then, four to six weeks before the wedding, she can turn it all over to us, knowing that we are trustworthy and capable to handle all of the details. And just a word of advice to all the thoughtful future grooms out there... remember a frustrated, angry bride is not a happy bride. Keep your bride-to-be happy and relaxed for one of the most important days of her life, hire a day-of-coordinator. As the groom, it could make the wedding night a lot more interesting. Talk about a win-win.
